Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period: The warranty period for physical cards is 1 month. We guarantee replacement in case of defects. The software is covered by a lifetime warranty.

2. Warranty Policy:

2.1 – In the event that GreenEcard’s services are affected due to the dissolution of the managing company, Vina Aspire Co., Ltd., caused by force majeure circumstances such as economic recession, environmental issues, natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.), we may still continue to restore services for customers once the situation has passed. However, a monthly maintenance fee will apply. This fee will be mutually agreed upon between the customer and GreenEcard.

2.2 – During the warranty period, if an incident occurs related to the hosting server, we commit to resolving the issue within a maximum of 24 hours to ensure the customer’s card operates normally.

2.3 – The company will not be responsible for the security of customer information if the customer’s GreenEcard login details (username and password) are disclosed due to the customer’s own fault.

2.4 – If a customer loses or forgets their password, we will provide free support for password recovery. The maximum recovery time is 72 hours from the moment the customer notifies GreenEcard.

2.5 – We will support customers with card-related issues during use as well as answer any inquiries. We may also assist customers in repairing or fixing card errors or damages that are not covered by the warranty (e.g., issues caused by the user disclosing login details). These support services may be free of charge or fee-based, depending on each specific case and mutual agreement between both parties.

2.6 – In the event of a serious system error causing service interruption, customers may notify GreenEcard through any fastest possible means, including phone, email, etc. We commit to resolving the issue within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding holidays and public days off).

2.7 – For requests regarding modifications for convenience of use, or changes to the appearance/interface, customers may notify us to agree on the method and timeframe for resolution.

2.8 – If errors or mistakes in data are discovered that were made by the system administration, we will support customers in resolving them via phone or email.

Note: During the warranty period, if new requests arise such as function modifications for convenience, or changes to the design/interface, we will charge fees based on the specific requirements through mutual agreement between both parties.
