SHIPPING POLICY
GreenEcard provides sales & cash-on-delivery services throughout Vietnam.

Customers are kindly requested to carefully check the goods before receiving them. In case a family member receives the goods on behalf of the customer, they must also check the goods carefully before acceptance. Once delivery has been completed, our company will only be responsible for technical defects caused by the manufacturer (according to the Exchange/Return and Warranty Policy). All other cases are beyond our responsibility.

Please note: All GreenEcard products are always accompanied by one of the following documents: Sales Invoice; and/or Delivery Note; and/or Delivery Report; and/or Financial Invoice (if requested by the customer). Customers have the right to refuse the goods if none of these four documents are provided. This ensures product quality, authenticity, and protects customer rights in product exchange/return.

Delivery time may be delayed due to reasons such as: incorrect customer address, customer not being at home, delivery staff unable to contact the customer, natural disasters, fire, etc. If the delay is caused by us, we will contact the customer to arrange a reasonable new delivery time.

If the delivery exceeds the expected time and the customer has not yet received the goods, please contact us so we can provide the quickest solution. While waiting for delivery, if the customer wishes to change the order (change of product, cancel order, etc.) and the goods have not yet been shipped, please inform us so we can coordinate with the courier service.
Currently, we offer the following delivery methods:
1. Home delivery by courier staff

For customers in remote districts or provinces where GreenEcard staff cannot directly deliver, GreenEcard will authorize certain courier services such as VNPT, Viettel, or other reputable providers. Delivery fees and cash-on-delivery fees are paid by the customer.

When placing an order, customers are kindly requested to provide complete and accurate information as required to facilitate smooth delivery and quick payment processing. We are not responsible for delays or lost goods due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Delivery time depends on whether the customer chooses express or standard delivery. This timeframe is approximate only.
- Express delivery: 1 to 3 days.
- Standard delivery: 5 to 7 days.

Customers are required to check the goods carefully upon receipt from the courier. If there are any issues regarding type, quality, or quantity of goods that do not match the order, please notify us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
2. Inspection policy

Our logistics partner will receive shipments from GreenEcard, check the quantity and sealing, and complete a handover record with GreenEcard.

The shipment is considered complete after the partner signs the delivery logbook or equipment handover document with GreenEcard.

When delivering to the recipient, the courier staff will remain on-site until the customer has completed the inspection of the goods. No additional costs will arise during this process.
3. Responsibilities of logistics providers in supplying shipping documents during delivery

Commitment to delivering goods on time as announced. In case of schedule violations (except force majeure), compensation will be made according to regulations.

Provide complete service information including quality standards, rates, compensation responsibilities, and other relevant details (if any) through public postings or direct information.

Ensure compliance with service regulations and procedures, maintaining service quality as per standards and agreements.

Ensure security, safety, accuracy, and confidentiality of information in accordance with the law, including: protecting shipments and networks; safeguarding customers’ private information; not opening or altering shipments unless required by law or agreed by both parties.

Verify documents related to the origin of parcels, ensuring safety and confidentiality throughout the shipping process until successful delivery.

Return undelivered parcels to GreenEcard (after first notifying by phone so GreenEcard may provide additional recipient information, a new address, or request return).

Provide GreenEcard with payment notifications, invoices, and detailed shipping fee statements upon request.
