General Policy

Customers are entitled to exchange a new product of the same type if the product encounters an irreparable issue (due to manufacturer’s technical fault). The product can only be exchanged after technical confirmation and compliance with the following conditions:

Conditions for applying the policy:

  1. Usage period:
    • No more than 07 days for laptops.
  2. Products eligible for exchange must meet all of the following conditions:
    • No defects in appearance (scratches, dents, discoloration, cracks, etc.).
    • Complete with accompanying documents such as Purchase Order, Invoice, Warranty Card, etc.
    • Complete with all accessories and promotional items (if any).
  3. If the above conditions are not met, the right to decide on the exchange belongs to Vina Aspire.
  4. Transportation, installation, dismantling, and other related costs (if any) shall be borne by the customer in accordance with the company’s regulations.
