- GreenEcard only accepts orders with complete and accurate information such as address and phone number. After placing your order, we will contact you to verify the information and discuss any additional details.
- In some sensitive cases: order value is too large & delivery time is in the evening, delivery address is in a small alley or may lead to unsafe situations. GreenEcard will proactively contact you to agree on a specific delivery time.
- In case the customer has successfully purchased & paid online but overpaid, or returned the product, GreenEcard will refund the amount to the card used for payment, within the following timeframes:
- For ATM cards: Customers will receive the refund within 7-10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you do not receive the refund after this period, GreenEcard will assist in contacting your bank to resolve the issue.
- For Visa/MasterCard/JCB: Customers will receive the refund within 7-15 days. If you do not receive the refund after this period, please contact your bank for assistance.
- The company guarantees that all products are 100% genuine and brand new (with full invoices and official warranty). Risks arising during transportation (impact, moisture, accidents, etc.) may affect the goods, so customers are kindly requested to carefully check the products before signing for receipt. GreenEcard will not be responsible for any appearance discrepancies of the goods after the customer has signed for delivery.
