1. Product Inspection Policy
- Inspection before acceptance: Customers have the right to check the GreenEcard product before receiving it from the delivery staff. Please carefully inspect the product, including print quality, displayed information on the card, and technical features.
- Defective product detection: If the product has any technical defects or does not match the order (incorrect information, printing errors, malfunctioning), customers may refuse to accept the product and contact GreenEcard for support in exchanging for a new one.
2. Return Policy
- Return period: Customers may request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt. After this period, GreenEcard will not accept any return or exchange requests.
- Return conditions: Products must remain intact, undamaged, unscratched, and must include the original packaging and accompanying accessories (if any). GreenEcard does not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged due to customer error.
3. Return or Exchange Method
- Returns: Customers may send the product back to the address provided by GreenEcard after contacting our customer service department. GreenEcard will inspect the product and proceed with a refund or replacement once the return conditions are verified.
- Exchanges: If the product does not meet requirements or is defective, customers may request a replacement. GreenEcard will be responsible for delivering the new product at no additional cost.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds: Once the returned product meets the return conditions, GreenEcard will process the refund using the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or credit card). The refund processing time is 5–7 business days from the date of successful return confirmation.
- Return fees: If the return is due to GreenEcard’s fault (defective product, incorrect order), customers will receive a full refund without any additional costs. If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons, shipping and related costs will be borne by the customer.
